What began as a sports marketing and licensing firm has evolved into an internationally recognized agency, renowned for its expertise in licensing, brand strategy, and market insight.

After helping guide a sports apparel company to exponential growth, largely due to licensing, industry veteran Marty Segelbaum set his sights on even bigger opportunities and formed MHS Licensing + Consulting which began acquiring licensed properties for its clients and building successful licensing programs for the brands it represented.

In 2001, John Haesler joined the company, bringing valuable expertise from his tenure at Target Stores, Inc., and further strengthening its consulting division. Over the years, MHS has expanded its team of skilled executives and staff, allowing the agency to evolve in an ever-changing market and continue to lead in the licensing space.

Today MHS represents a diverse portfolio of over 70 highly successful art properties including well-known brands such as Thomas Kinkade, The Hautman Brothers, Stephanie Ryan, and Abraham Hunter.
