Thomas Kinkade®, the Painter of Light™, emphasized simple pleasures and crafted inspirational messages through his artwork and the branded products created from his art. Thomas’ goal as an artist was to bring peace and joy into people’s lives through the images he created. Today, the artists of Thomas Kinkade Studios® apply many of the same techniques created and used by Thomas during his lifetime, from sketching to digital and oil brushwork, to image recapture and Thomas’ use of light. Over time, these mastered skills have evolved into the Kinkadian style of art adored by art collectors around the world.
